Sourdough Bread crafting

I have been working all year on nailing down the process of baking homemade artisan sourdough bread.  Homemade bread is far superior to store bought.

Creating MY Brand

Giving away half loafs of sourdough bread to friends to share the goodness of homemade food using raw, clean ingredients.

Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread

A delicious complex carbohydrate with a beautiful crumb.  Eat it with a pad of real butter dipped in a nice bowl of warm kale bean soup.

Backyard Chicken Eggs

My three hens are near a year old.  They survived the Phoenix summer heat thanks to the misting/fan system my husband installed for me.  They are thriving and happy in this mild winter climate in zone 9b.  Their egg production amazes me.
